About

Daniela Wladislawoski London

M.A. Clinical Psychology
M.A. Dialogical and Collaborative Practices
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), British Columbia

I view therapy as a collaborative sanctuary — a quiet, dedicated space to pause, unpack emotional distress, and reconnect with your intrinsic resilience.

With over 14 years of clinical experience, first in Mexico City and now in Vancouver, I accompany adults and couples moving through anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma-related experiences.

My approach is relational and integrative, weaving together dialogical inquiry, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness while always honoring your pace and boundaries.

My therapeutic presence is shaped not only by my clinical training, but by my lived experience: as a Latina, an immigrant, a Jewish woman, and a mother of two, I hold deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for the complexity people carry. I am also deeply connected to nature and trust in the body’s natural capacity for healing and restoration.

Approach & training

Conversations that support transformation, connection, and new possibilities.

Therapy is an evolving, collaborative dialogue rather than a rigid formula. I facilitate psychotherapy, group work, workshops, and ongoing clinical reflection.

  • Relational & Family SystemsExploring attachment dynamics and relational patterns to cultivate secure connection.
  • TEAM-CBTPractical tools to challenge cognitive distortions, reduce avoidance, and build emotional flexibility.
